G C Landscape Management Ltd primarily provides services in landscape construction and landscape maintenance. This involves both hard and soft landscaping, earthworks and on-going maintenance provision for completed products. The company provide services for a range of clients and main contractors including a number of local authorities and other public bodies.

We recognise that our activities, products and services generate environmental impacts. An Environmental Management System (EMS) has been developed and implemented covering the management and operation of the company. This policy statement documents the core principles of the EMS.

G C Landscape Management Ltd is committed to the continual improvement of our environmental performance and to the prevention of pollution. Objectives and targets will be established and reviewed on a periodic basis. These will seek to address (amongst other issues) the following key aims:

• Improvement of waste management and focus on waste minimisation.
• Improvement of energy and fuel efficiency.
• Improve resource efficiency and use of materials from sustainable sources where possible.
• Improvement of awareness and understanding of environmental issues amongst employees and contractors.

G C Landscape Management commit to ensuring compliance with legal and other requirements, which may include tender specifications. This document will be communicated and explained to all employees and staff working on behalf of the organisation and is freely available to the public.
